Within the past few years Tegbare id has implemented an improvement system called the Kaizen system.  In this system the students are involved in the organization, clean up and care the facilities and equipment.  The general rules of their system are outlined below:

It is pretty cool.  They are very proud of their system and it seems that it really helped them in organizing and motivating the students to care about their tools, equipment, and classes.
