After about two days of travel, Matt and I have safely arrived in Addis.  AIHA, the organization that brought about the collaboration, kindly picked us up from the airport and brought us to the Ras Hotel.  We met with Dr. Getachew, the bioengineering director at Tegbare id and went over our schedule.  We have the weekend to relax and explore Addis.  But starting Monday, we will be busy attending stakeholders meeting, visiting Tegbare id, and the main hospitals here in Addis.

In our free time this weekend, we will also build the Bilimeter and work on prep for the inventory.  Currently for the inventory, we have an excel worksheet.  However, we are thinking of transferring the inventory into a database system, such as Microsoft Access or Open Office’s Base.
