Matt, Emily A, Melody, and I also worked on repairing/building the BTB technologies that we are bringing to Ethiopia. We constructed two SAPHE pads, which are pads that can be used to measure the amount of blood lost. We also fixed a Bililight, which is a phototherapy light for premature babies. The parts for the corresponding Bilimeter did not arrive on time. So we will have to construct the Bilimeter in Ethiopia. Matt and I are also bringing an ASAP monitor, which is able to automatically, periodically, and doctor independently measure a patient’s blood pressure and heart rate.
